With building area of 23,400 square meters, the welding and assembling workshop adopts the spot welding robots from German KUKA and Swedish ABB together with Swedish ABB arc welder to construct three welding and assembling production lines for cabin assembly and sub-unit assembly. Working procedure is complete. And another two cab assembly adjusting lines adopt the technologies of plate link chain and sliding respectively. Equipments in this workshop is advanced with real-time monitoring, high degree of automation and complete detecting method.
