The general assembly workshop is constructed with space truss steel structure, with a floor space of 55,700 square meters. Based on the technical design principle of “first-class products not only in China but also in the world”, it has fully absorbed the domestic and foreign outstanding companies' vanguard technology, and has built two compulsive production lines for the final assembly of entire trucks, each 486 meters long. The broad-slide full-automation production line for cab interior trim assembly, especially made by the German AFT company, is the origination in the domestic heavy-duty truck industry. The fish-bone-like preassembled network under two major lines' dragging forms a clear, smooth assembly flow, fully manifesting the production features of flexibility, modulation, and automation.
